Staff Product Manager

About the Role

Join an AI-native legal technology company as its first Product Manager, owning product strategy and execution for an AI platform that supports enterprise contracting. This founding-level role offers meaningful ownership as the product and product function grow from an early stage.

What You'll Do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap, making clear decisions about priorities and tradeoffs.

• Gather and synthesize feedback from customer-facing legal specialists to shape product direction.

• Partner with engineering to scope work and plan delivery, accounting for the pace of AI-assisted development.

• Discuss AI and agent architecture tradeoffs with engineers and rapidly prototype product ideas.

• Establish product practices, including prioritization, documentation, launches, and success measurement.

• Use SQL or coding agents to analyze product data such as funnels and cohorts.

What We're Looking For

• Five to ten years of product management experience in AI-focused engineering teams, with ownership of product roadmaps.

• Experience shipping core AI or LLM-based products to production in an AI-centric engineering environment.

• Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks or agentic systems, including evaluation, latency, model behavior, and context management.

• Product experience at B2B SaaS or AI-native companies, and experience at an early-stage startup, as a founder, or as a first Product Manager.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineers, understanding delivery tradeoffs, and prototyping with tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

• Strong product judgment and technical fluency, with experience in customer-informed product development.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
