Are you a non-EU founder building an innovative startup and looking to establish your company in the Netherlands?
Quantify Group is selecting ambitious international founders for Ready2Launch NL: a 12-month market-entry and incubation programme for entrepreneurs who want to build their company from the Netherlands and expand into Europe.
We are looking for founders — not employees.

his is not an employment position and no salary is offered. You remain the founder of your own company. Ready2Launch is a paid incubation programme for selected entrepreneurs.
If selected, you will work from the Netherlands on building and growing your own startup.
Quantify Group supports you with the practical steps of establishing yourself and your company in the Dutch and European market.
Depending on your situation, support may include:
- Dutch company setup and operational preparation
- Startup Visa pathway and application coordination
- Business and step-by-step plan preparation
- European go-to-market strategy
- Customer, partner and ecosystem introductions
- Banking and administrative setup
- Fundraising preparation
- Pitch deck and financial model support
- Access to investors and funding opportunities
- Monthly founder mentoring
- Access to the Dutch startup ecosystem
- Optional workspace at The Hague Tech
- Preparation for further European expansion
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Are a founder or co-founder of an innovative startup
- Are currently based outside the EU or require a Dutch residence pathway
- Want to establish or grow your company from the Netherlands
- Intend to work actively in your startup
- Have a clear product, technology or innovative business concept
- Have the ambition to enter the European market
- Are willing to relocate to the Netherlands if selected
- Can commit to actively participating in the programme

You do not need to be a large or fully funded company.
We consider founders at different stages, including:
Idea + strong innovation case
You have identified a clear problem and are developing an innovative solution.
MVP
You have built an initial product and are validating the market.
Early traction
You already have users, pilots or first customers.
Revenue
You have started generating revenue and want to use the Netherlands as a base for European growth.
Having an MVP, customers, revenue, investment or an existing team is an advantage.
Ready2Launch is a selective programme.
We look at:
- Founder experience and commitment
- The problem you are solving
- Level of innovation
- Market potential
- Product or technology
- Existing traction
- Team capabilities
- European growth potential
- Feasibility of establishing the business in the Netherlands
- Potential fit with the Dutch Startup Visa or another appropriate residence pathway
1. Apply
Submit your application and tell us about your startup.
2. Startup assessment
We review your company, innovation, stage, team and plans for the Netherlands.
3. Founder interview
Selected applicants are invited to an online founder interview with Quantify Group.
4. Programme selection
If there is a mutual fit, we discuss your market-entry plan, programme participation and, where applicable, preparation for the Dutch Startup Visa process.
5. Ready2Launch
Selected founders enter the Ready2Launch programme and start building their Dutch and European operation.
Pre-Launch
Before the formal programme starts, selected founders can receive support with onboarding, preparation, documentation and their Dutch market-entry pathway.
Months 1–3 — Launch
Focus on establishing the company and its foundations in the Netherlands.
Months 4–12 — Incubate & Grow
Focus on market validation, commercial growth, team development, partnerships and funding.
Ready2Launch is a paid founder programme.
Selected founders pay:
- One-time onboarding and registration fee
- Monthly programme fee during the 12-month programme
- Optional workspace fee when using a dedicated workspace
Full pricing and participation conditions are discussed with selected founders before acceptance.
There is no application fee to submit your initial application.
For eligible non-EU founders, Ready2Launch can include preparation and coordination of the Dutch Startup Visa pathway.
Acceptance into Ready2Launch does not guarantee a Startup Visa or residence permit. Final immigration decisions are made by the relevant Dutch authorities.
