Station Operations Manager

GOFO is a technology-driven last-mile delivery and logistics company founded in August 2023. In just a few years, we've grown into a network spanning 47 U.S. states, with operations in Canada and multiple European markets. Through automated sorting, intelligent warehousing, data-driven dispatching, and last-mile delivery, we work with major platforms including Amazon, TikTok, SHEIN, and Temu. We're expanding fast across the Northeast, and we're looking for future leaders to grow with us.

Your career path

Training (about 3 months): Structured training and hands-on rotations across station operations, dispatch, warehouse management, workforce management, customer service, and data analysis.

Acting Station Manager: After completing training and assessments, you'll be assigned to a designated station in our Northeast network.

Station Manager: Pass the promotion assessment and take full ownership of a station.

What you'll do

• Take part in daily station operations to understand frontline workflows and standards
• Collect and analyze operational data using tools like Excel to track delivery efficiency, service quality, and KPIs
• Support staffing, task assignments, and on-site coordination based on daily package volume
• Work with internal teams, Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), and drivers to solve operational issues
• Help improve station processes for better efficiency and service quality
• Learn management practices directly from regional leaders and station managers

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any field; Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or Engineering preferred
• Recent graduate or no more than one year of post-graduation work experience
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English; Spanish is a plus
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Willing to relocate within our Northeast U.S. network after training
• Genuine interest in logistics and last-mile delivery, and ready to start on the frontline
• Internship or work experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is a plus

Salary

• $20/hour during the three-month paid training program, with a significant pay increase once training is completed. Housing and commuting support (including rental car reimbursement) are provided during training. (Please note that $20/hour applies to the training period only, not to the role after training.)
