What you'll do: Leadership Build, lead, train, and develop an engaged team that delivers exceptional customer service and strong business results. Foster a positive and productive store culture. Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on store initiatives and performance. Maintain a fully staffed team by partnering with the recruitment team throughout the hiring process. Mentorship Coach, mentor, and develop team members for future growth opportunities. Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support. Lead effective team meetings and coaching sessions, ensuring staff remain informed and engaged. Operations Drive continuous improvement in store processes, procedures, and productivity. Create efficient schedules that support customer service and operational excellence. Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements to achieve store targets. Manage inventory cycle counts and ensure compliance with OH&S policies and procedures. Customer Service Ensure customer needs are met through friendly, efficient, and accurate service. Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner. Oversee merchandising and product displays to maximize sales and profitability. Do You Fit the Part? 3–5 years of experience in the automotive parts retail industry. Proven ability to lead by example and develop high-performing teams. Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to achieve results while maintaining a positive and collaborative environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
