Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Manager located in Austin, TX.


Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager the Supply Chain Manager, will be in charge of directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management. In charge of managing and overseeing the methods and processes in hold up of both new and existing products. Customer face and strategic.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.
  • Checks materials related to data research.
  • Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and goals.
  • Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and oversees planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
  • Interacts regularly with executives, customers and vendors.
  • Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial drive.
  • Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team,

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of supply chain management experience or related field, including broad-based management and supervision.
