About the Role

This is a high-impact Strategy and Operations role at a fast-growing AI-powered insurtech company, sitting at the intersection of business performance and cross-functional execution. You will help shape how the business scales by driving strategic initiatives, improving operational processes, and translating data into clear decisions that matter.

What You'll Do

• Build and deliver business strategy and operational frameworks across the organization.

• Lead cross-functional projects, coordinating between multiple business units to drive alignment and execution.

• Develop financial models, support budgeting cycles, and contribute to P&L analysis.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement workflow optimizations to improve efficiency.

• Support strategic planning, roadmap development, and goal-setting using structured frameworks.

• Analyze business data using tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Excel to surface insights and inform decisions.

• Partner with leadership to track progress against company goals and flag risks early.

What We're Looking For

• 3 or more years of experience in strategy, operations, business analysis, or management consulting.

• Demonstrated ability to build and deliver business strategy, operational processes, or cross-functional initiatives.

• Proficiency with data analysis and business intelligence tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Excel.

• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, or P&L analysis.

• Track record of managing cross-functional projects or coordinating across multiple teams.

• Experience with process improvement, operational efficiency, or workflow optimization.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.

• Background in a relevant industry vertical such as SaaS, fintech, or insurance is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

This role is on-site in San Francisco, CA.
