About the Role

This is a high-impact strategy and operations role at a fast-growing AI-powered insurtech company. You will work cross-functionally to drive business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and translate data into clear, actionable insights that shape how the company scales.

What You'll Do

• Build financial models, business cases, and strategic plans to inform key company decisions.

• Analyze data and surface insights that drive operational and strategic improvements.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple departments.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

• Use tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau to manipulate and visualize data.

• Support business intelligence efforts and contribute to advanced reporting and modeling.

What We're Looking For

• 5 or more years of experience in strategy, operations, or business development roles.

• Demonstrated ability to build financial models, business cases, or strategic plans that informed real decisions.

• Strong data analysis skills with a track record of translating data into actionable recommendations.

• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams or departments.

• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar data tools.

• Experience with process improvement or operational efficiency programs.

• Background in a fast-paced, scaling environment or startup is a plus.

• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms or advanced Excel modeling is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $100,000 to $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
