About the Role

This is a high-impact Strategy & Operations role at a fast-growing AI company in the insurtech space, working directly with the CEO to scale claims operations. You will bring structure and clarity to the systems and processes that power insurance claims management at scale, with a clear path into leadership of a core business area.

What You'll Do

• Own special projects and strategic initiatives in close partnership with the CEO.

• Build and formalize claims operations as the company scales, covering process design, hiring, and workflows.

• Design scalable, data-driven processes that optimize product workflows across the claims lifecycle.

• Lead cross-functional problem solving across product, engineering, and business teams.

• Context-switch across diverse, high-impact initiatives, bringing structure and clarity to each.

• Build financial models, business cases, and strategic plans that directly inform company decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, or business development, ideally from top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth startup.

• Proven ability to build financial models and translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Experience managing cross-functional projects or initiatives spanning multiple teams.

• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar platforms for data manipulation and visualization.

• Track record of driving process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives.

• Comfortable working with business intelligence platforms or advanced spreadsheet modeling.

• Exceptionally structured, detail-oriented thinker who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

• Strong cross-functional communicator who builds trust quickly with customers, teammates, and partners.

• Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (on-site role).

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $100,000 to $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
