About the Role

Join the strategy and operations function at a growing insurtech company, working directly with the CEO on high-impact initiatives. You will help build scalable claims operations and bring structure to processes that support efficient insurance claims handling.

What You'll Do

• Own special projects and strategic initiatives in partnership with the CEO.

• Develop claims operations, including processes, workflows, and hiring plans.

• Design scalable, data-driven processes that improve product workflows.

• Lead problem-solving across product, engineering, and business teams.

• Move between varied initiatives, bringing clarity and structure to ambiguous problems.

What We're Looking For

• Two or more years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity or growth equity, or strategy and operations at a high-growth startup.

• A strong undergraduate academic background; a graduate degree is not required for this role.

• Experience in an entrepreneurial setting, such as an early-stage startup, founding a venture, or building an independent project.

• Ability to identify and solve problems independently, work through ambiguity, and handle rapid context-switching.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with an interest in insurance claims operations.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $100,000 to $150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
