Strong Senior/Lead Business Analyst

We are looking for a strong Senior/Lead Business Analyst to join our team and act as a Proxy Product Owner / Subject Matter Expert for specific modules of the Product, bringing strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills to the role.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Proxy Product Owner / Subject Matter Expert for specific modules of the Product
• Retrieve and analyze data from databases using SQL queries
• Collaborate with technical teams on API integrations and back-end specifications
• Support web application design initiatives from a business analysis perspective
• Apply AI knowledge and tools to enhance analysis and product decisions
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technical domains
• Contribute domain expertise to product development where applicable

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in API technologies (REST etc.), back-end specifications (XML, JSON etc.)
• Knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL
• Expertise in web application design
• Knowledge of AI concepts and practical usage
• Capability to work as a Proxy Product Owner / Subject Matter Expert
• Great communication skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI Agentic approach
• Skills in AI practical implementation
• Background in insurance, banking, or healthcare domains
