What We Offer
Our exploration team is looking for a Structural Geologist to be our structural specialist across all WA assets. This permanent role is based in Perth, reporting to the Geological Services Manager.
Expect to spend 40 to 50% of your time in the field. You will turn structural understanding into better targets across a wide variety of gold deposit styles, from regional work through to mining.

Our exploration team is looking for a Structural Geologist to be our structural specialist across all WA assets. This permanent role is based in Perth, reporting to the Geological Services Manager.
Expect to spend 40 to 50% of your time in the field. You will turn structural understanding into better targets across a wide variety of gold deposit styles, from regional work through to mining.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the structural framework across our assets and generate high-quality drill targets
- Map and log structure in the field, from outcrop, pits and drill core
- Build a company-wide structural database and help prioritise projects
- Interpret structure from regional to deposit scale and build 3D models
- Review the geology of new business development opportunities
- Mentor geologists on the job, in the field and through short presentations
We're Looking For Someone Who Brings
- A PhD in structural geology
- WA gold exploration or mining experience
- Regional-scale 3D modelling and structural analysis of complex gold systems
- Proficiency in ArcGIS, Micromine and Leapfrog
- A current West Australian C Class (manual) driver's licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance.
- Exposure to working mines, open pit or underground
- Membership of AIG or AusIMM
