We're looking for a Supervisor, Fulfillment-Nights to join our team in Durham, NC . Location: Durham, NC Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay + comprehensive benefits package 🔹 Summary The Fulfillment Supervisor, provides leadership and oversight for daily fulfillment operations, ensuring products are received, processed, and shipped accurately and on time. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for developing team members, driving operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe and productive work environment. Partnering closely with department leadership, this position plays a key role in achieving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and departmental performance goals. 🔹 What You'll Do Lead and support daily fulfillment operations to ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory movement. Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members to maximize engagement and performance. Monitor operational metrics related to quality, productivity, cost, and on-time delivery. Resolve operational issues and collaborate with teams to improve workflow and efficiency. Maintain fulfillment reports and communicate operational updates to management. Coordinate staffing, schedules, and labor resources to meet business demands. Support employee development, performance management, and training initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operating procedures. Partner with Security and Quality teams to maintain operational and regulatory compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. 🔹 What You'll Bring Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred. 5+ years of fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience. Previous supervisory or leadership experience required. Experience with warehouse management systems and fulfillment processes. Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, 5S, Lean, or continuous improvement practices preferred. Skills & Abilities Strong leadership and team development capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational systems. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
