Supply Chain Systems Analyst - SAP WMS & Logistics

Join Siemens Energy's FS Tooling Operations team in Mount Pleasant, PA, located in the Greater Pittsburgh area, and play a critical role in optimizing the SAP, warehouse, inventory, and logistics systems that power our supply chain operations. As the site lead for supply chain systems and digital initiatives, you'll drive operational excellence, improve inventory accuracy, optimize material flow, and deliver data-driven solutions that support business performance across a global organization.

This is more than a systems support role. You'll serve as a strategic business partner, leveraging SAP, WMS, analytics, and process improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve service levels, and enhance end-to-end supply chain operations.

How You'll Make An Impact

Lead Supply Chain Systems & Digital Initiatives

• Serve as the site lead for SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and supply chain technology initiatives.
• Support system implementations, enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
  
  
  

Optimize Inventory, Warehouse & Logistics Operations

• Analyze and improve inventory management, warehouse operations, material flow, and logistics processes.
• Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, transaction integrity, throughput, and operational performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements that reduce costs and improve service levels.
  
  
  

Drive Data & Analytics Excellence

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel.
• Leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and optimize data structures, reporting processes, and operational analytics solutions.
  
  
  

Partner Across the Business

• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, field service, product lines, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison for systems-related initiatives impacting inventory, warehouse operations, logistics, and tooling operations.
• Support business process improvements through feasibility studies, root cause analysis, and business impact assessments.
  
  
  

Build Capability & Continuous Improvement

• Create and deliver training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing programs.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, business systems, analytics tools, and supply chain best practices.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives that strengthen operational performance and organizational capability.
  
  
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience supporting ERP, WMS, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP within warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data to drive business decisions.
• Advanced SQL skills, including joins, subqueries, query optimization, indexing, pivoting, and data analysis.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting SAP modules such as:

• SAP WM (Warehouse Management)
• SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
• SAP MM (Materials Management)
• SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Solutions
• Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar analytics platforms.
• Expert-level Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, and VBA/macros.
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and business intelligence solutions.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory controls, logistics processes, and supply chain analytics.
