Support Team Leader & Trading Related — Dubái

We're a trading firm operating out of Dubai (UAE) and Medellín (Colombia), serving clients and IBs (Introducing Brokers) across MENA, Europe, and the Americas.

What you'll do

• Own support operations for your shift (Dubai afternoon/evening, including Saturdays).
• Distribute tickets and manage your team's workload.
• Resolve first-line escalations and judge what goes to Risk Management vs. Compliance.
• Review trading-related cases: drawdown, risk rules, suspicious activity, payout requests.
• Audit responses and own SLA compliance for your shift.
• Coach your team and handle VIP clients and critical cases.
• Coordinate a clean shift handoff with the Colombia Team Leader.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in customer support at a broker, prop firm, or trading platform, with team leadership or coordination experience.
• Solid trading knowledge: drawdown, risk rules, arbitrage, multi-accounting, payout conditions.
• Experience with ticketing tools, live chat, and SLA reporting.
• Native Spanish and B2 English.
• Real availability for the afternoon/evening shift, Monday–Saturday, Dubai time.
• Nice to have: current UAE residency with own or transferable visa.

Compensation: 5,000 AED + commissions. May include visa sponsorship.
