Role: Employed Colorectal Surgeon in a multispecialty group within a hospital setting.
Responsibilities: Provide inpatient and outpatient colorectal surgical care, participate in general surgery and emergency room call at a 1:3 ratio, and practice call (phone-only) at a 1:4 ratio.
Qualifications & Skills: Board eligibility or certification in colorectal surgery, with a colorectal fellowship preferred.
Key Duties: Deliver comprehensive colorectal surgical services, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to patient care and hospital operations.
