About Us: JMT’s Geomatics/Survey department offers an exciting work environment that leverages modern technology (terrestrial/mobile/aerial LiDAR, Drones, robotics, bathymetry, etc.), balanced with sound traditional survey procedures to deliver projects. Position Summary: Assist field crew leaders in performing day-to-day field work. Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Learn to operate survey and SUE equipment Assist crew leaders in the performance of daily tasks Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities Perform other related duties as assigned Compensation for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hour, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. Out of town travel is possible up to 40% of the time. Some lifting (up to 50 lbs) may be required as needed. Some Travel required. Some night shift work required.
