This is more than a traditional surveying role. You'll leverage advanced surveying equipment, BIM-integrated workflows, and augmented reality tools to validate installations, reduce construction risk, and ensure projects are delivered accurately from day one. If you're passionate about construction technology and enjoy working independently while collaborating with high-performing project teams, we'd love to hear from you.

- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews against approved design models and construction documents.
- Process, review, and validate survey data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Generate clear daily reports, inspection documentation, and project deliverables.
- Coordinate directly with construction managers, superintendents, and trade partners to align surveying activities with project schedules.
- Support weekly planning sessions and look-ahead schedules to proactively identify and mitigate installation risks.
- Manage BIM model exports and prepare project data for field technology platforms.
- Travel to project sites and actively support field operations as required.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction surveying, site engineering, or related field operations.
- Proven ability to independently operate total stations and maintain project control networks.
- Hands-on experience with Leica, Trimble, Topcon, or similar surveying equipment.
- Experience with construction layout, staking, and site verification activities.
- Degree, diploma, or technical qualification in Surveying, Geomatics, Geospatial Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with BIM, Revit, or digital construction workflows.
- Familiarity with augmented reality technologies and model-based construction tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, mission-critical, or data center projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with field and project management teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Why Join Us?
You'll be part of an innovative team transforming how construction projects are delivered through advanced surveying technology, BIM integration, and augmented reality solutions. This role provides exposure to some of the industry's most exciting projects while offering opportunities for long-term career growth, mobility, and technical development.
