Swedish-speaking Customer Expert for Insurance in Athens, Greece

You'll help customers with things like: Registering and managing insurance claims Checking claim status and explaining next steps Answering questions about coverage and eligibility Helping coordinate repairs and replacements Handling customer questions and complaints Updating customer cases and documentation Finding solutions when something hasn't gone quite according to plan Customer contact takes place across channels including phone, chat and digital support channels . Don't know anything about insurance yet? That's okay. You'll receive structured training before starting the role, followed by supported on-the-job training. You're a good match if you: Speak Swedish fluently Have good English skills Enjoy talking to and helping people Can stay calm when customers are frustrated Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems Like solving problems rather than simply passing them along Have completed high school or equivalent Are ready to live and work in Athens Moving abroad is exciting.
