You'll play a key role in developing your team’s skills and ensuring they succeed in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Your 5 key responsibilities: Team Management: Supervise a team of content moderators, ensuring the review and moderation of user-generated content (text, images, videos) on the platform. Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor team performance against KPIs, addressing any shortfalls and ensuring targets are met. Coaching & Development: Coach, motivate, and develop Advisors, providing continuous skill development and career growth opportunities. Recognition & Motivation: Recognize and reward outstanding team performance, ensuring alignment with company values and mission. Issue Resolution: Communicate client/campaign issues to the Operations Manager and take appropriate actions to improve client satisfaction. What we’re looking for: 👀 Fluent level of the Swedish language (C1/C2) Good English (at least C1) both verbal and written Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in content that may violate policies. High Level of Self-Motivation and Analytical Thinking Above average target achievement in the most important project KPIs.
