System Administrator and Infrastructure Engineer

What you’ll do As our System Administrator and Infrastructure Engineer, you will be the backbone of Arago’s technical environment. You will bridge the gap between day-to-day IT excellence and high-level infrastructure projects. From ensuring our elite engineering team is unblocked to deploying our first cloud-based prototypes, you will own the reliability and scalability of our internal systems. Responsibilities Cloud Prototyping: Maintenance and monitoring of our Beta Cloud Service, enabling external partner access to Arago’s prototype technology. Hardware Sourcing: Sourcing and physical installation of new machines, including Storage, High-Performance Compute, and Networking gear. Systems Monitoring: Architect and maintain robust monitoring for all internal servers and services to ensure 99.9% uptime. Tooling Projects: Own and execute general tooling initiatives that improve company-wide engineering productivity. Onboarding Excellence: Own the end-to-end IT onboarding process, including workstation/laptop provisioning (macOS/Windows/Linux) and automated account management. Live Support: Provide high-touch helpdesk support during core working hours for both the Arcueil-based office and our remote team members. Provider Relations: Act as the primary technical point of contact for external vendors, including ISPs, software tooling, and specialized license providers (EDA/CAD). Asset Management: Manage hardware and software inventories, ensuring we are always ahead of our scaling needs.
