We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Systems and MI Lead to play a key role in driving the effective management, development and continuous improvement of our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, people data and management information capabilities.
In this role, you will lead the development and optimisation of our HCM systems and employee self-service platforms, ensuring they deliver maximum value, efficiency and an excellent user experience. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of data quality, overseeing system integrations and producing insightful management information that supports informed decision-making across the organisation.
Working closely with Corporate Development, IT and business leaders, you will use data, technology and process improvement expertise to identify opportunities, influence decision-making and drive meaningful improvements in the way we work.

About The Person
You will bring experience of working with Human Capital Management (HCM), HRIS or ERP workforce systems, ideally including MHR iTrent, and a strong understanding of workforce data, reporting and system development. You will be confident in managing system upgrades, integrations and data interfaces, ensuring systems, processes and information remain effective, reliable and fit for purpose.
Skilled in analysing and interpreting complex workforce data and transforming it into meaningful management information, you will recognise the value of accurate and trusted data in driving organisational performance.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders and partners, you will build positive relationships and contribute to the successful delivery of shared objectives. You will be motivated by identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and services, using technology, automation and innovative approaches to deliver meaningful improvements and enhance the user experience.
Most importantly, you will be passionate about using data, systems and insight to support organisational success, helping to shape efficient, effective and future-focused people services that deliver value for colleagues and the wider organisation.
