Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist – URBAN
URBAN is a unique combination of a Master and traditional real estate brokerage, operating across the full real estate spectrum from leasing and secondary sales to off-plan and exclusive in-house projects. Through our Master Brokerage operations, we work closely with private developers, overseeing the A-Z sales cycle from marketing to selling and payment planning, while our traditional brokerage operations provide clients and agents with access to opportunities across the wider Dubai real estate market. As URBAN continues to grow across both sides of the business, we are expanding our team and are looking for a highly skilled HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent while supporting the organization across its HR operations.

Your Role
· Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and engaging candidates to screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
· Engage with candidates daily, communicate the benefits of joining URBAN, and build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future openings
· Utilize Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, with the support of our in-house marketing team, to create compelling content and attract top talent
· Create and manage job advertisements across job portals and social media, monitor their performance, and optimize them to maximize results
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop precise role specifications, and identify the right talent for each position
· Manage employee onboarding and HR administration, ensuring new joiners have a smooth and professional introduction to the organization
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, documentation, and other HR-related information
· Support employee relations and act as a point of contact for HR-related queries, concerns, and workplace matters
· Develop and implement HR and recruitment strategies that attract, retain, and engage top talent while representing URBAN and your personal brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications & Experience
· Proven experience in HR and recruitment, specifically in the Dubai Real Estate market
· Strong customer service and sales skills are essential for building relationships and attracting talent
· High proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes and staying updated on trends
· Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and HR administration
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR and recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment
· A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but a solid track record of experience will be considered in place of formal education
· Fluency in English is essential; another language is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
· Basic salary AED 8,000–10,000 (negotiable)
