Scale faster. Grow smarter. Now we’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Recruiting Team and help us attract top professionals in marketing, analytics, product, and tech across global markets. Key Responsibilities Source and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional communities. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategies. Conduct market research to identify top talent and new sourcing channels. Reach out to candidates with personalized messages and manage initial communication. Maintain accurate data in the ATS and support talent mapping initiatives. Represent SBC Performance’s culture and values in all candidate interactions. Requirements 1+ year of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment globally, ideally in digital marketing, tech. Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Experience with Technical and Non-Technical Roles. Excellent communication and networking skills. Analytical mindset and attention to details. Upper-Intermediate - Advanced level of English Nice to Have Experience in fast-paced, international environments. Basic understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
