Tax Associate / Senior Associate (Cayman Islands)

Our client, a leading global professional services firm with a strong presence in the Cayman Islands, is seeking a U.S. Tax Associate / Senior Associate to join its international tax team. This role is ideal for a U.S. tax professional with experience in partnership, fund, and corporate taxation who wants to advance their career in a technically focused and collaborative environment.

You will work closely with managers and senior team members to deliver high-quality U.S. tax services for clients with complex structures.

Relocation to the Cayman Islands is required, with full support provided by the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review U.S. tax filings for partnerships, funds, and corporate entities.
• Support delivery of U.S. tax advisory services to international clients
• Analyse financial data and structures to provide accurate reporting.
• Work collaboratively with managers and senior staff to meet deadlines.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to engagement efficiency.
• Stay up to date on U.S. tax legislation and regulatory changes affecting complex structures.

Ideal Experience & Background

• CPA or EA qualification, or a master’s degree in taxation
• U.S. tax experience in partnership, fund, and/or corporate structures
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to relocate to the Cayman Islands (relocation support and work permit sponsorship provided)
