Boothby Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to join our mission-driven team supporting schools throughout Southern and Central New Hampshire . Compensation & Benefits Relocation Assistance Available Competitive Pay: $50–$67/hour Flexible Part-Time Schedule Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Free Professional Development Opportunities Continuing Education Funds License & Professional Association Reimbursement Mileage Reimbursement Educational Assistance Program Position Responsibilities As a Teacher of the Visually Impaired, you will: Provide direct and consultative special education services to students with visual impairments Adapt instructional materials using Braille, large print, auditory, and assistive technology methods Conduct assessments related to functional vision and educational needs Collaborate with families, teachers, related service providers, and school teams Support students in developing independence and access to the educational environment Serve as a liaison between schools, families, and community resources Qualifications State certification/licensure as a Teacher of the Blind and Visually Impaired Experience working with students with visual impairments preferred Knowledge of assistive technology and adaptive instructional strategies Strong collaboration and communication skills Passion for helping students succeed and reach their full potential Why Join Boothby Therapy Services?
