THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
As Team Lead, Strategic Customer Success, you will empower and develop a team of Senior CSMs driving long-term value for our key accounts. You will shape team strategy, build a culture of psychological safety and shared accountability, and partner directly with senior executive stakeholders. We value authentic, inclusive leadership and look for someone who thrives on building meaningful, trust-based relationships both remotely and through intentional, periodic client visits.

• Cultivate Team Culture: Set clear, achievable goals and continuous feedback loops that promote shared accountability and continuous learning.

• Portfolio Health & Growth: Oversee the long-term health, retention, and strategic expansion of your team's account portfolio.

• Cross-Functional Strategy: Align account plans with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable, lasting value for our customers.

• Strategic Executive Escalations: Act as a trusted advisor during critical customer moments, turning challenges into clear, collaborative solution plans.
