Team Lead (Tokyo) - Ekotek

We are hiring a Team Lead for Ekotek (SotaTek group) at our Tokyo office (Ginza). You will lead a technical team delivering projects for Japanese clients and join pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical team, ensuring progress, quality and delivery.
• Work with Japanese clients to clarify requirements and technical specifications, and bridge communication between clients and the development team.
• Join pre-sales: client meetings, requirement gathering, solution proposals and estimation.
• Support Business Development with proposals, presentations and technical documents.
• Coordinate with PMs, BAs and developers; give technical guidance and improve productivity and processes.

Requirements

• JLPT N2 or above, with strong communication and presentation skills in Japanese.
• 3-5 years in software development, including at least 1-2 years as Team Lead / Tech Lead.
• Solid knowledge of system design and project delivery.
• Client-facing, requirement analysis or pre-sales experience is a strong plus.
• Willing to travel for client meetings when needed.
