You’ll also enjoy the challenge of complex work and take pride in delivering quality rebuilds, repairs and maintenance on Caterpillar equipment.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- A qualified Mobile Plant Mechanic trade background
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong experience working on heavy equipment, including major repairs or rebuilds
- Experience leading, motivating and developing a team
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
