Engineering & Technology Innovation is seeking a Mid-Level Teardown Analyst to join our Teardown Lab Team in St. Louis, MO.
This person will be involved with the high-impact technical work in our St. Louis lab environment. This role is ideal for a mid-career professional who can execute complex teardown, analysis, and cost modeling efforts while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to influence solutions across the enterprise. This challenging position requires strong technical judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability for collaborative execution in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be technically excellent, mechanically adept, and hands-on with a willingness to grow.

Position Responsibilities:
- Support physical and virtual part teardown, analysis, and cost modeling activities across assigned programs and initiatives
- Develop and execute collaborative plans for teardown campaigns and related projects with leaders, stakeholders, peers, and partners
- Support analytical efforts to optimize systems, system architecture, and associated design trade spaces
- Influence decision-making by presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support process improvement and standardization efforts to improve overall lab efficiency, consistency, and team performance
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree and 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in cross-functional teams or projects
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: structures, systems, interiors, manufacturing
- Familiarity with optimal cost and how it enables programs to meet their affordability goals
- Ability to plan and execute multiple projects and meet associated deliverable deadlines within assigned budget
