We're currently looking for a Technical Lead to join a fast-growing, US-originated product company building a global SaaS platform for fitness coaches.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll shape the architecture of one of the company’s most critical product areas, working across Backend, Frontend, Mobile and DevOps while maintaining strong technical depth in Backend.

What we’re looking for

5+ years of Backend Engineering experience
2+ years as a Tech Lead / Staff Engineer / equivalent technical leadership role
Strong knowledge of system design, distributed systems, scalability, data modeling, APIs and event-driven architecture
Product-based / SaaS / startup experience is highly preferred
Experience in at least 2 of these areas: SaaS, Marketplace/Platform, Fintech/Payment, AI/LLM
Experience building or integrating AI into a product is a strong plus
Strong business and product mindset
Comfortable working directly with PMs, CTOs and international engineering teams
Fluent English – you’ll work directly with teams in the US
Hands-on mindset, you should still be comfortable reviewing code, designing systems and solving complex technical problems

💡 Tech stack: Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, Docker or equivalent technologies.

Node.js is not mandatory - strong Backend and Architecture fundamentals matter more.
