Member of Technical Staff – Proteomics

Every benchmark is grounded in real experimental and clinical work, and built by scientists who've done that work themselves.

Opportunity

Lead the company's Proteomics benchmark and define how the field measures AI performance in this domain. You'll design the technical approach for teaching AI agents to understand complex proteomic data — mapping end-to-end workflows from instrument outputs to real scientific decisions — and lead a team of software engineers and biologists building the datasets that teach agents to reason across bottom-up proteomics, PTM analysis, metabolomics, lipidomics, and multi-omic integration.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team building benchmark datasets across proteomics, metabolomics, and lipidomics workflows— from raw instrument QC through differential analysis.

• Define evaluation standards for how AI agents are measured on proteomic data interpretation.

• Map end-to-end MS-based workflows into benchmark-ready tasks, including multi-omic integration and clinical/translational interpretation.

What You Bring

• 5+ years hands-on experience generating and analyzing proteomics data (e.g. LC/MS).

• Experience with metabolomics or lipidomics, ideally from a core facility, platform company, or pharma biomarker group.

• A prior contribution to a novel proteomics method, tool, or published pipeline.

• Proficiency in coding and working with AI agents.
