ARX Developments is seeking a highly experienced Technical Office Section Head to join our team and lead the technical office function across our construction projects.

📍 Location: New Damietta

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🛏️ Accommodation: Company-provided accommodation is available.

Key Responsibilities:

▪️ Lead and manage the Technical Office team, ensuring efficient task distribution and performance monitoring.

▪️ Review and approve Shop Drawings prior to site execution.

▪️ Supervise quantity surveying, material take-offs, and technical submittals.

▪️ Provide technical support to site teams and resolve engineering challenges.

▪️ Coordinate with Planning, Cost Control, QS, Consultants, and Site Engineers to ensure project progress.

▪️ Monitor variation orders and technical changes throughout the project lifecycle.

▪️ Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings.

▪️ Prepare periodic reports and technical documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

✔️ 10–12 years of experience in Technical Office and Construction Projects.

✔️ Strong experience in Shop Drawings, Quantity Surveying, and Technical Coordination.

✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Primavera.

✔️ Solid understanding of construction codes, standards, and technical specifications.

✔️ Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to relocate to new Damietta with housing on the company
