Job Description Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the long-term execution and delivery excellence of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) for HVDC, FACTS, and ACS portfolios across the APAC region. As a customer-facing execution leader, you will oversee the full lifecycle of service contract delivery, ensuring operational performance, financial health, and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will manage complex site operations, maintenance programs, and technical upgrades, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the contract duration. This role requires strong technical judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end execution of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) for HVDC, FACTS, and ACS technologies across the APAC region.

• Ensure operational excellence by meeting all contractual KPIs, service levels, and performance guarantees.

• Manage regional site teams, field service engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality preventative and corrective maintenance programs.

• Develop and maintain strong, strategic customer relationships, acting as the primary escalation point for technical and commercial service issues.

• Monitor fleet performance and site health, proactively identifying opportunities for upgrades, retrofits, and service enhancements.

• Oversee the financial performance of the service portfolio, managing budgets, billing, change orders, and cost-control initiatives.

• Collaborate with engineering, global product support, and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of parts, tools, and technical expertise.

  • Provide technical support to all projects under Close-Out (RAM & Warranty)

• Lead health, safety, and environment (EHS) compliance across all service sites, ensuring industry-leading safety standards.

• Partner with the commercial and sales teams to support contract renewals, service extensions, and new service solution development.

• Analyze site data and performance trends to drive continuous improvement in service reliability and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate internal reporting, project reviews, and stakeholder communications regarding contract progress and risk mitigation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical engineering from an accredited university or college

  • Minimum 10 years professional experience
