Supervise, develop, monitor and coach instructional staff to deliver high level BMW Group technical/non-technical training. Ensure relevance of all Technical, B&P courses and non-technical courses within the technical training course offerings to Dealers, CCRC network in the area of improving skills and course development. Provide coaching and supervision for BMW Group STEP program(s) training instructors and qualified entry level candidates Ensure STEP graduates meet BMW placement standards for dealer network Monitor compliance of instructor certification levels and verify levels of curriculum taught Maintain and update BMW Group diagnosis equipment at regional training centers WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING. Associate’s degree in automotive technology or post-secondary certificate ASE Master Technician or I-CAR Platinum Level BMW AG L1, L2 trainer certification Blitz 2 Certification for e-Mobility vehicles Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering in lieu of the above education requirements With associate’s degree, an additional 9+ years are required in any of the following fields: BMW Master Tech, or OEM equivalent BMW Senior Instructor Automotive Technical Instructor ASE Master Technician OEM or Aftermarket automotive product/service engineering Preferred: OEM High voltage certification Shop foreman or Team leader BMW STEP graduate ASE L1 WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO. The expected salary range for this position is $57,100.00 - $114,200.00. The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer.
