Competitive Hourly Rate + OT paid at penalty rates +bonus +super Day Shift (7:54am to 4:00pm) New modern well-equipped facility We have an opportunity for an experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to join our workshop team specialising in Heavy Vehicle repairs and maintenance mainly across on-highway customers based at our Tamworth branch. Let Cummins train you to be an engine expert. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Complete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products Diagnose and repair various engines Engine rebuilding and reconditioning Disassemble, inspect, and clean engines and components To be successful in this role you will need the following: Mechanical trade qualified as Heavy Diesel Mechanic, or Light Vehicle with Heavy experience Kenworth and Western Star experience highly desirable Must have a MVTC - Motor vehicle trade certificate, or be willing to obtain one Additional Information: Full Time / 38 hours per week Overtime as required – Penalty rates paid for all work above 38 hours All your Safety equipment / PPE and uniforms are provided and laundered Domestic Relocation from across Australia may be offered for the right candidate Local Valid Drivers License
