abrightlab is the innovation and technology organization within the Argenbright ecosystem. We build and scale technology that solves real-world business and operational challenges—from enterprise software and workflow automation to AI, data, integrations, and emerging technologies.

Our platforms include Peazy, an enterprise facility services technology platform; OnTheJob, a frontline workforce platform; and SecuReady, a technology platform for security operations.

We are looking for exceptional recent master's graduates in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, and related technical disciplines to join our team and help us build what comes next.

This is intentionally a flexible opportunity. We are more interested in what you can build than in fitting you into a narrowly defined job description.

You may contribute across software engineering, product development, AI, automation, data, integrations, cloud technologies, or other areas where your technical strengths can create meaningful impact.

What You Could Work On

Depending on your background and interests, you may contribute to:

• Software Engineering & Product Development — Build and enhance enterprise software applications and technology products used in real-world business environments.
• AI & Emerging Technology — Explore and implement AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies to solve practical business problems.
• Integrations & Automation — Develop APIs, system integrations, workflows, and automation that connect business systems and eliminate manual processes.
• Data & Analytics — Work with data engineering, analytics, reporting, and intelligent decision-support capabilities.
• Cloud & Technology Architecture — Contribute to scalable, secure, cloud-based applications and technology infrastructure.
• Technical Problem Solving — Work directly with business and technology teams to understand challenges, develop solutions, and turn ideas into working products.
• Innovation & Prototyping — Evaluate new technologies, build prototypes, and help determine how emerging capabilities can be applied across our businesses.

About You

We are looking for people who are curious, analytical, technically strong, and excited about building things.

Required:

• Completed or recently completed a master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong technical foundation developed through a rigorous graduate program.
• Hands-on experience through academic projects, research, internships, open-source work, or other technical projects.
• Ability to translate technical knowledge into practical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly and work across different technologies and business challenges.
• No prior full-time professional experience is required.

Preferred:

• Strong academic performance from a leading engineering or computer science program.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
• Software development / full-stack development
• AI / machine learning
• Data engineering / analytics
• Cloud technologies
• APIs and system integrations
• Automation
• Enterprise SaaS
• DevOps / CI/CD
• Research experience, significant technical projects, or open-source contributions.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them to unfamiliar problems.
