Metiseko is an independent and purpose-driven fashion brand rooted in Vietnamese culture, craftsmanship, and responsible production.

The Role

We are looking for a Junior Creative Designer & Studio Coordinator with a strong background in fashion and/or textile design to work closely with Metiseko’s Creative Director.

At the heart of the role is creative and design development: researching concepts, developing prints and garment styles, building moodboards and visual presentations, and contributing hands-on throughout the collection development process.

Alongside this creative role, you will help coordinate the studio’s projects and progressively take the lead on the execution of photoshoots, visual merchandising and social media content, following the Creative Director’s brief and supervision.

We are looking for a designer first — someone with a strong visual eye, drawing and design skills, who is also organized, versatile and comfortable bringing creative projects from concept to execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in a creative studio, fashion, design, communication, or a similar creative environment.
• Strong visual sensitivity and aesthetic awareness, with an interest in fashion, design, photography, and brand image. A sensitivity to Asian cultures, aesthetics, and craftsmanship is a strong plus.
• Creative, proactive, and hands-on, with the ability to understand a creative brief and translate it into well-executed results.
• Highly organized and reliable, comfortable coordinating multiple projects, collaborators, and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and everyday digital tools. Fluent in English; Vietnamese is highly valued.
• Open to a new professional and cultural experience, and willing to relocate to Hoi An, Vietnam.
