As we accelerate our expansion across the Middle East, we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial marketing leader to drive brand growth across the GCC and wider region.

The Role

This is a senior position within our International Marketing team, based in Tokyo and reporting into the Global Business organization. You will own the marketing agenda for the Middle East — building brand equity, shaping go-to-market strategy, and partnering with distributors to win in one of the world's most dynamic beauty markets. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with a willingness to be deeply involved in execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the regional marketing strategy for the GCC and wider Middle East, grounded in shopper and consumer insights
• Build and manage strong relationships with distributors and channel partners, aligning local execution with global brand standards
• Plan, produce, and manage marketing and promotional materials adapted for Middle Eastern markets, including culturally and regulatory-appropriate localization
• Design and execute trade marketing programs and in-store activations
• Lead the full campaign lifecycle — planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis — across digital and offline channels
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend monitoring to uncover growth opportunities
• Manage performance reporting and budget, and present results and recommendations to senior leadership

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in beauty, personal care, or FMCG
• Demonstrated experience with, or strong understanding of, Middle Eastern (GCC) markets, consumers, and retail/distributor dynamics
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate insight into actionable strategy
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Self-starter with strong project management ability and a hands-on, ownership mentality
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced, and geographically diverse environment
• Willingness to travel internationally for business

Language

• Arabic: Native or Business Level (CEFR C1+)
• English: Native or Business Level (CEFR C1+)
• Japanese: JLPT N2 or above preferred. Candidates with a genuine willingness to learn Japanese will also be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: JPY 6,000,000 – 8,000,000, plus annual performance-based incentive
