Core Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale regional operations for landmark projects, providing consistent leadership while navigating local labor markets and regulatory environments.
• Lead the site-based Project Management and Superintendent teams to ensure project milestones are achieved ahead of schedule.
• Implement robust Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs to maintain the highest standards of construction excellence.
• Manage complex contract negotiations and change order processes for multi-million dollar scopes of work.
• Provide strategic oversight for project logistics, including temporary facilities and nationwide vendor coordination.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $190,000 to $245,000 per year, plus a comprehensive per diem package.

Candidate Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated history of maintaining Zero-Injury cultures on large, high-risk job sites.
• Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software and construction financial management systems.
