Role Overview

Join a dedicated team as an Associate Dentist focused on providing high-quality dental care to underserved communities. You will deliver dental services supported by advanced technology such as digital x-rays and fiber-optic handpieces, working with a team that includes hygienists and dental assistants. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient care, and community engagement, with a primary patient base of children and young adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental treatments to patients
• Collaborate with team members during daily huddles and patient care
• Support community outreach and promote positive company image
• Utilize practice management software (DentaPro) and digital tools
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• Valid dental license or eligibility for licensure
• Certifications including CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide (if applicable)
• Compassionate with a strong desire to serve children and adults
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
