Role: Associate Dentist
Responsibilities: Provide dental care to patients, primarily children and young adults, supporting community health and creating positive patient experiences. Participate in team activities such as morning huddles, planning, and promoting the company's mission. Utilize dental software and digital equipment to deliver high-quality treatment. Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols. Foster teamwork and patient satisfaction in a compassionate environment.
Qualifications & Skills: DDS/DMD from an accredited program, valid dental license, certifications (CPR, DEA, Nitrous Oxide where applicable), and a passion for caring for diverse age groups. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and commitment to professional growth are essential. Visa and Green Card sponsorship available.
