About the role A global customer experience company is expanding its Trust & Safety team supporting one of the world's most-played mobile game studios. You will moderate user-generated gaming content to maintain a safe and compliant online environment.

Responsibilities

Moderate user-generated gaming content against client policy
Perform content reviews to standards of accuracy and throughput
Identify and escalate policy breaches and edge cases
Support a safe, positive experience for a global player base

Requirements

Native-level or fluent Arabic
Fluent English
Eligibility to work in the EU
Comfortable working on-site and on rotating shifts

Schedule Flexible shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 22:00. Contract hours negotiable for local candidates.

Training 2 weeks, on-site.

Compensation & Benefits

€1,300.00 gross/month
Welcome bonus: €1,500 gross, paid in two equal installments after 3 and 6 months of continued employment
[Pending confirmation] Relocation support: €1,500 gross relocation bonus in 2 installments, 21 days company accommodation on arrival, long-term housing assistance
