Key Responsibilities in Turkish Game Presenter Team Manager (iGaming) Roles – Serbia Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Turkish-speaking Game Presenters, ensuring excellent performance and positive team culture. Oversee daily operations of live casino tables, ensuring smooth, high-quality service delivery in compliance with company and industry standards. Coordinate scheduling, attendance and shift management to guarantee full table coverage at all times. Drive team KPIs by providing effective coaching, performance feedback and personalised development plans. Facilitate new presenter onboarding, regular training, and skill enhancement sessions to uphold game integrity and engagement. Work closely with Operations, HR, and Quality Assurance departments to resolve issues and continuously improve team performance. Monitor customer interaction and presenter professionalism, promptly addressing any service concerns or escalations. Ideal Qualifications for Turkish Game Presenter Team Manager Jobs in Serbia Fluent (C1 or higher) Turkish communication skills with strong English proficiency (written and spoken). Previous team-lead or supervisory experience, ideally in igaming, entertainment, call centre, BPO or hospitality environments. Solid organisational and people-management skills, capable of fostering motivation and accountability. Keen interest in iGaming, casino games, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
