Description: STG is a SEI CMMi Level 5 company with several Fortune 500 and State Government clients. STG has an opening for UKG Configurator with Boomi experience

Please note that this project assignment is with our own direct clients. We do not go through any vendors. STG only does business with direct end clients. This is expected to be a long-term position. STG will provide immigration and permanent residency sponsorship assistance to those candidates who need it.

Experience Required:

• 5 or more years of experience configuring, implementing, supporting, or administering UKG Pro WFM, UKG Dimensions, Kronos Workforce Central, or a comparable workforce-management platform.
• Demonstrated experience configuring timekeeping capabilities such as pay rules, work rules, pay codes, schedules, accruals, attendance, overtime, or leave.
• Experience with configuration lifecycle management across multiple environments, including requirements analysis, build, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, payroll-impacting transactions, workforce data, and related business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex configuration and data issues using structured analysis, testing, and reconciliation techniques.
• Experience creating clear technical documentation, configuration specifications, test scenarios, and implementation procedures.
