Job Description

Our client, a prominent healthcare system known for its collaborative and innovative approach, is hiring a Urologist. This opportunity offers the chance to join a well-established team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive urological services to a diverse patient population.
  • Perform outpatient and inpatient procedures, including minimally invasive techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the educational and mentorship needs of junior staff and residents, when applicable.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Urology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a practicing Urologist.
  • Proven proficiency in diagnostic and surgical procedures relevant to Urology.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records systems.
  • Willingness to consider candidates with visa sponsorship; prior U.S. clinical experience is highly advantageous.
  • Candidates already residing in the U.S. or with prior U.S. work experience preferred.
