Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive urological services to a diverse patient population.
- Perform outpatient and inpatient procedures, including minimally invasive techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records in accordance with organizational standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the educational and mentorship needs of junior staff and residents, when applicable.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Urology.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a practicing Urologist.
- Proven proficiency in diagnostic and surgical procedures relevant to Urology.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure.
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems.
- Willingness to consider candidates with visa sponsorship; prior U.S. clinical experience is highly advantageous.
- Candidates already residing in the U.S. or with prior U.S. work experience preferred.
- Competitive salary, with potential for higher earnings after 3 years.

- Use of advanced Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, including Epic and OncoEMR.

- Steady volume of patients with a mostly commercial payor mix, ensuring consistent caseload.
