Role: Urologist
Responsibilities: Establish and expand urology services in a modern, supportive environment; utilize advanced robotics technology including the Da Vinci surgical system; collaborate with a dedicated team comprising APP, MA, RN, and office staff; contribute to building a new service line with growth potential; provide clinical and procedural care while maintaining a balanced work schedule of 2-3 clinical days and 2-3 procedure days per week.
Qualifications & Skills: Board certification in urology; proficiency with robotic surgical systems; excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to develop and lead a new service line; eligibility for visa sponsorship (J1 or H1B) preferred.
Key Duties: Perform urological procedures, deliver patient-centered care, participate in service line development, and work within state-of-the-art facilities at a community hospital.
