Seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Urologist to join a growing practice in Maryland, serving a high-demand community.
The role involves outpatient clinics, hospital inpatient rounds, and surgical procedures in hospital ORs and ambulatory surgery centers. The outpatient clinic is located on hospital campus, with a full patient panel expected within 90–180 days and an average of 25–30 patients daily, primarily adult urology with some pediatric procedures. Responsibilities include daily rounds on 5–6 patients, performing surgeries, and managing consults, utilizing facilities with 3 ORs in the ASC, 16 hospital ORs, and two DaVinci Xi robots. The position features a 1:3 call schedule with support from ED and hospitalists, ensuring limited call-ins.
Qualifications include MD or DO degree, board certification or eligibility, with new grads and late-career physicians welcome. Visa sponsorship (H1B/J1) is available. The community offers proximity to major East Coast cities, providing a stable, volume-rich environment ideal for physicians seeking long-term practice growth and regional impact.
