Urologist Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities: Practice in outpatient clinics with inpatient consults and procedures, managing an average of 20-25 patients daily. Provide inpatient consults, surgical management, and hospital rounding as needed. Collaborate with regional physicians and support staff, utilizing advanced technology and EMR system. Qualifications & Skills: Open to experienced providers or new graduates (Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years). Flexibility in schedule to meet a 40-hour week, with 10 days/month call coverage. Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary ($600,000-650,000), productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, malpractice coverage, and visa sponsorship options.
