Urologist Position with Benefits and Sign-On Bonus

Position: Full-time BE/BC Urologist in a growing Urology Department within a physician-led health system.

• Provide comprehensive Urology care, maintaining diverse clinical interests.
• Perform surgeries at a 25-bed Critical Access hospital with advanced facilities, including upcoming Da Vinci surgical system.
• Collaborate with hospital-based and specialty services such as General Surgery, Oncology, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, and ENT.
• Benefit from dedicated support staff and block surgical time for efficient scheduling.
• Engage in outreach to expand patient access in a service area covering 8 counties and over 109,000 residents.

Qualifications & Skills: Board-certified or eligible in Urology, with a focus on clinical excellence and collaborative skills.

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary range of $650,000 - $705,000, with productivity incentives, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.
