Role: Urology Physician
Responsibilities: Provide general urology services in a state-of-the-art hospital system, utilizing advanced specialties such as UroLift System and Axonic Neuromodulation Therapy. Manage patient care, perform surgeries in modern surgical suites, and collaborate with an experienced nursing staff. No call duties required.
Qualifications: MD or DO degree, US residency and/or fellowship training, Board eligible or certified, and eligible for state licensure. J1 and H1B visa candidates are welcome.
Skills & Benefits: Strong surgical skills, ability to work in a fully integrated EMR system, and excellent communication. Compensation includes a base salary of $800k plus RVU, $50k annual retention bonus, and a $100k sign-on bonus. Benefits cover malpractice, health, retirement, 256 hours of paid time off, 40 hours of CME with a $5k allowance, and a supportive work environment.
